If your payment has been declined, do one of the following:
- Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly during checkout.
Note: The billing address and phone number entered must match those associated with your credit card. When it doesn't the payment is declined due to AVS Mismatch.
- Contact your bank:
- Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Payment declines may be due to these limits set by your bank.
- After contacting your bank, you can retry your payment method
Declined due to AVS Mismatch or Card Code Mismatch
This means the transaction was declined due to the Address Verification Service (AVS) or Card Code Verification (CCV) results.
AVS compares the billing address (numerical portions) provided in a transaction with the cardholder's address on file at the credit card issuing bank.
CCV compares the card code (a three- or four-digit security code that is printed on the credit card) provided in a transaction with the card code on file at the credit card issuing bank.
